As we come back in to full swing of our lives after the holidays let us not forget to be diligent of things that need to be accoplished such as taking care of ourselves. Over the last month to 6 weeks we have been in the holiday life style more than likely we ate many things than we wish that we hadn't or gone to one to many parties. Now it is time to take care of ourselves, crafting for fun, (not just to finish projects for the holiday), making wise choices in what we consume each day by choosing a healither diet.
