Steampunk Top Hat
Hello crafters todays feature is a black steampuk top hat, I enjoy creating different things using steampunk. I took a black top hat and started adding trim, feathers, chipboad & metal.
Nice, really nice. Hope you get a chance to wear it to an event or party.
