River Rafting

Hi, Kathi here to share with you a double layout. This was taken in August 2017 on the Deschutes River in Central Oregon just before the huge wild fires devastated the area.

I used the cut out from the windows to place my embellishment Quotes on then added an enamel dot on each of them to finish them off.  The photo's were printed using 2 Canon products. Canon TS 5000 & Canon Selphy CP1200

A strip of quotes Farmhouse 500 was added to the bottom of the layout, finished off with flowers from Petal.

The phrase is from Want2Scrap it was painted white then added ice glitter then let it dry.

Sleigh in Blue & Silver

Hi, Kathi hear to share with you the Quick Quotes monthly challenge, this months challenge is blue & silver. I created this project by creating a mini album that sits in the center of the sleigh,  the mini album is a 6 X 6 using the collection "Winter Bliss",

I covered a wooden sleigh with the paper collection, trimmed with silver trim and silver bling, the sleigh runners were painted with silver glitter paint. then the silver and crystal bling was then added over the glitter paint.  The sleigh also is a center piece, using floral foam and floral embellishments created a beautiful center piece.

Christmas Tea Mini Album

Hi, Kathi here today to share with you a mini album using a new paper line Winter Bliss by Quick Quotes with a chipboard mini album from Want2scrap.  Winter Bliss is such a vibrant colors of teal & bright pink (like a fuchsia) & white.  I created this mini album using embellishments from KS4U such as the ribbon's, trims & flowers.

I used turquoise and White enamel dots on the front of the small pocket envelope from Want2scrap 

Also from Want2scrap I used Couture Swirls - White Pearls to dress up around the photo mat.

I used Couture Swirls - White Pearls to dress up the flip open journaling card.

The snow flake was cut from the patterned paper line using a spellbinders thinly craft die. This tea cup and saucer chipboard mini album is also a product from Want2scrap

Giving Thanks Loaded Envelopes

I am excited to share with you two loaded envelopes using Earth, Wind Fire by quick quotes.  I incorporated Want2Scrap embellishments. These envelopes are stuffed with journaling cards, tags, & goodies. These measure 6 X 9 with pockets on the front & back.  Join Quick Quotes & Want2Scrap blog hop. I used Xyron sticker maker & tape runner to adhere pieces to the outside of envelopes, tags, or on bag toppers using embellishments.  I used the sticker maker to layer the FALL pennant, The large flowers on each envelope from KS4U then each was spayed with distress stain.

Winter Bliss Snowflake

Hello Quick Quote friends, Kathi here today to share with you two Christmas Cards using quick quotes Winter Bliss & Want2Scrap,

Winter Bliss Snowflake Christmas Cards, I used both colors of the Winter Bliss, 

I used a plastic brick stencil from Want2Scrap, Using speckling, I filled the stencil completely carefully removing the  brink form, washed it off with soap & water (so it could be used again). I set the piece of paper to the side to dry.  I also used the specking to create snow around the brink. after the brick dried I used glue that a white flocking to create a snow like look. 

On the pink paper I used three layers  of the paper layering each layer 1/4" smaller as I stacked them. The edges were distressed by using scissors. The laser snowflakes & the inside of the paper dole were distressed with the pixie pink chalking ink. the glue was applied to the snowflakes then dipped into white/clear glitter. I layered the paper with the last layer popped up using pot dots & then a light pink ribbon was created into a soft bow, Want2scrap bling was added to the center of each of the snowflakes.
